The complex is located only 1 km from the ancient city of Nessebar and the resort village of Ravda. Nessebar is one of the oldest cities in Europe. In 1983 cultural monuments in the city are added to the list of UNESCO as world cultural heritage. Ravda is a beach resort with private hotels and apartments, has several broad,clean beach and beautiful bays, reafing to neighboring Nessebar holidays. Route to Nessebar is about 20 minutes on foot and to Ravda is about 10 minutes. North of Nessebar is the resort of “Sunny Beach”-one of the most luxurious resorts in Bulgaria.
The area around the complex has a rapidly developing infrastructure and has established communications. In proximity there are bus stops with year-round transportation to “Sunny Beach” and the regional city of Burgas.
In the complex the following facilities will operate year-round: SPA center, supermarket , coffee and also: two pools ,wet bar ,coffee café, shops ,offices ,administration office suite-reception , a year-round security and maintenance. We have five luxurious five-stories buildings close to the beach. In the first building-18 apartments, two of which are penthouses with magnificent views of the beach. There are located 23 apartments for each construction from second to the fourth building. In the fifth building there is underground parking with 21 parking places , situated on the ground floor. This is the only complex in the region , which has parking for their customers.
